I bought a wireless adapter from CEX (second hand) for £35. Thats the cheapest I found. At the moment I am rinsing a free month trial for xbox live. The code has expired but I was told that it will still work nonetheless. So if you have one as well, try it. A 12 month subscription is about £35 from Play.com. Good price for what you get over 12months!

what is the cheapest you have found so far? and from where? at least that way we will know if it is worth posting an offer not already posted.

I bought the official microsoft wireless adaptor thinking being official its the best but its got too many compatibiltiy issues with wireless security and i tried different routers too, you basically have to have a compatible router off the xbox.com list and use compatible security - i had a 120 pound router so it wasn't a sh*it router or anything, so ended up returning the micorsoft pile of sh*t and bought the belkin gaming ethernet bridge gets its power from the usb off the 360 and plugs in through ethernet and you set it up (like which wirless network to connect to etc) through your pc then that - had no problems so far and also about 20 pound cheaper that microsoft's adaptor

I have seen the wireless adapters on ebay for around £45 and then the Xbox live package @ around £45 including the camera & headset & 13month subscription. Therefore totalling £90 which seemed a pretty price to pay! :?

Buying the wireless adapter from Cex seems like a plan, then I'm guesing all I have to do is purchase a 12 month subscription? :)
