If it's just for storage for the Xbox One then Aslong as it's USB 3 it makes no difference what spec you have, I've got a 1tb tosh one I got for under £30 2yrs ago works perfectly

It's extra storage but I also want it for faster load times within GTA and NBA

Really doesn't make a huge diffence the extra loading time is hardly notable better of going for a normal drive

It's up to 60% faster with an ssd or sshd...

Its not trust me I had one and the benefit is hardly noticeable.
