Microsoft paint a logo and make several other pictures of the logo, so that when you put them together on youtube it has a spinning motion. Add dubstep and your good to go :)

Great if you want to look unprofessional :3

You really need some software like Sony Vegas to make a nice intro or you can always ask someone to create an intro for you for a small fee or some people will probably be happy to help for free!

Also depending on your channel content a 15-30 second intro is really long! Although it doesn't sounds it, If you upload regularly it gets rather boring for your audience, stick to something like 5 seconds if you can do. Although that is my opinion.

EDIT: Okay, I will assume that sample video of The Last of Us is from you. So you're a gaming channel? In which case I would definitely advise a clean, professional and very short intro or consider just an outro!

As josh says you don't want a long intro if one at all. Sony vegas is only really good for editing templates of intros, making one on there is a pain and really restrictive. Adobe after effects is the programme to use but learning to use it just to make an intro isn't worth it and the youtube trend is to not have one at all or to have a very short one 30 seconds into a vid.
Outros are the where you need to focus your attention (after content that is). They are super easy to make in Photoshop, layer a vid or two onto it in vegas and you will look professional.
Make sure you are aware of copyright issues that arise, don't bother with any partnerships, they won't help you, trust me I know!

I would appreciate if you make me an intro clip of 0.03 second, and i welcome your creativity, i found this nice website but i can't edit anything coz I've no software :( ( http://editorsdepot.com/ ).
Anyway check my YouTube channel, i'm current using Sharefactory on ps4 to edit ( any feedback is welcome)

Thanks for advice, I was certainly silly thinking about making 15-30 second intor :p , Anyway, i would appreciate if you could give me a feedback regarding my video on YouTube channel, did you like/not like, about the overall quality, love/hate the song, intro length reasonable, would you consider watching future videos, any feedback is welcome.
