Can't believe you can't actually speak to a person at Zavvi?!

Need to sort out an order and have to wait 3 days for an email reply? wtf?

Shockingly bad customer service!

The direct alternative for Zavvi's 0844 264 0702 number is 01606 336169

Just read that the 01606 may not work but I just googled Zavvi contact numbers.

yeah got that number myself off google. it just tells me to contact via website.

I know an old thread but your a legend! Seems like Zavvi don't do phone centres anymore but the number for the eBay outlet zavvi worked a treat! Got through to someone who was able to help with my Zavvi online order! :)

ZAVVI are a nightmare i am not ordering from them anymore you can only email the now. They get back to you the next day if you’re lucky with the wrong answer to the question you have asked or so bull excuse, i can see it going under the way it’s treating the customers.

Zavvi is a nightmare, I hate ordering from them but I take a risk now and again because they do have great prices, I've received damaged products twice from them now, the first time it was a nightmare getting a refund through email, but this most recent time, I rang the number (08442439088) and the issue was dealt with very promptly, and their over the phone customer service was surprisingly ok.

I contacted the zavvi ebay number this morning (0844 243 9088) regarding an order that I had placed over a week ago that hadn't been delivered. The bloke that answered couldn't put me through to zavvi as they don't have a contact number (??). I'll give him his due and he emailed them immediately and I received a call back from zavvi within 7 minutes. The number that called me back was 01606 338 197 in case this helps anyone else - although not sure if it takes incoming calls.

have also problem , changed address, changes it weeks ago in the delivery part section, shipped to : old address, no contact possible that's terrible, maybe indeed pay a little bit more and have better service

I returned an item to Zavvi , and it ws signed for ny their warehouse 10 days ago, but still haven't got my refund! - I definitely will NOT be ordering from Zavvi again!

I just stumbled on this post like everyone else looking for a zavvi phone number I tried the ebay outlet one but they couldnt do anything about my order on their site they told me they can't get my order on the computer only ebay ones what a joke.

Returned items 2 weeks ago, tried contact them via eBay phone number and they were useless and could not deal with my return and said you can not contact them direct and need to send another email.. complete joke! after 2 emails, no reply and no refund (AVOID) at all cost as the customer service is disgraceful.. will be using my normal outlet from now on Get The Label

zavvi.com are a pile of pants

Pre ordered a game back in January, says it was dispatched in February, didn't receive it. Told to fill out a 'Non-Receipt of Goods' disclaimer form, which I did and then received an email saying that the item had been dispatched again this was now mid March.
I still haven't received it. I just rang the Ebay outlet number who told me that they couldn't help but could get zavvi to ring me, as I pointed out in that case they must have a phone number.

So now I'm waiting for a phone call which I don't hold out much hope of, and a reply to my email that has threatened them with Trading Standards.

I have just asked zavvi about changing my payment card on a blu-ray pre-order, the reply started 'Thank you for getting in touch to ask about the estimated dispatch of....' .
It seems a bit pointless contacted them as they obviously don't read your emails.

"Zavvi has made a policy decision to have no contact telephone number or direct e-mail address". So spoke an employee I contacted.
Well, internet buyers, beware of business people who don't want you to contact them direct. Their website message board doesn't work either. The Help menu simply says they're having difficulty with it. It has said that for a week. I, like r0gu3, am waiting for a phone call or e-mail telling me how to return an item, promised but not expected. Is it poor management or sabotage?

Made an order with Zavvi 4 days ago online. Have had my money taken from my credit card but when i've enquired as to why i recieved no confirmation of my order via email, i've been told they have no history of my order. Absolutely ridiculous! So angry i've ordered with these clowns for the sake of £7!! Absolute con artists! The way you have to email them, then wait 24 hours but then you respond straight away and then have to wait another 24 hours is outrageous!!

I'm struggling with Zavvi.com too. They had an offer over email for a free Aliens Blu Ray with an order of Alien Isolation. I placed the order but no movie. I contacted them via the 'contact' link in the absence of a number. 24 hours later got a reply saying the Blu ray needed to be added to the cart and would be discounted at checkout.... tried it.... nope, just got charged the full amount for both items. Contacted them again saying I had followed their representatives advice and no joy.... another 24 hours later got a message saying the offer had expired! Fortunately I took screen dumps at the time proving the offer, its existence and the lack of the required info on the email. I have also asked to speak to a manger but doubt I'll have much luck with it.

I'll try the numbers here and see what happens and will update here if I get a response.

After 2 months I am still waitin my order. They dont have it in stock now and they dont tell when they will and they dont refund me either. They dont even read my emails really they sent semi automated answers and never called me or gave me a number i can call from abroad. I buy a LOT online but i think i must never buy from them again!

No telephone number anywhere and as you say, crap emails come back saying more lies. Apparently mine was shipped 24 hours ago - 5 days ago!
Yet on the system its still pending. They anwer my emails but not my cancellation emails. Scammers.

We should all get on their facebook and complain - Im calling trading standards

Very similar problem, the bank have cancelled my card but think that Zavvi will still be able to take money because they will have sent a tester when I pre ordered, which gives them the ability to take cash out at a later date.

They are truly a scam.

When you call the Ebay number they say have a have a different system so cannot check on Zavvi.com orders.

Items not delivered, no phone number to contact them, no replies to emails on their message centre. Where do you go from there?

Please everybody reading this, do yourself a favour and never order from Zavvi again.

The worst company I have ever dealt with..........do not use them. The money has been taken twice from my account and the DVD collection has not been sent. Forget trying to get hold of them as it is not possible.

Yep nightmare waiting for a Xmas present still which was ordered beginning of Dec.....they say awaiting stock but it says in stock!!!! Not happy in future I will check all sites I purchase from 1st to see if they have a customer service line. If not I will not be ordering from any site in future.

Awful company. On the 24th of last month I ordered a game. I got an email saying it would be in my hands on the 27th. Still no delivery. I did there stupid email thing. They said wait 14 days. When I placed the order it said 3-5 days for delivery. I wouldn't have placed the order of it said 10+

Expressed my anger at them on Twitter. Got a reply a day later. Responded with details. No reply again. Terrible company that I will never use again.

Absolutely appalled with the disgusting so call customer service. There's no way of contacting them direct and can't use the email facility on their website as it won't submit my details. I tried calling The ebay outlet number but he could only pass my details onto Zavvi and still no response. I've now got an item that cost over 300 quid that I no longer want which I've been charged for obviously but can't return it as Zavvi make it impossible to do so. Absolute CRAP

Recieved a A.i.(artificial intelligence) off zavvi. As all know they are cowards and wont take phone calls. "I wonder why".
The steelbook was more a steelbanana.
Contacted them on their wonderfull contact
Centre. You get a complete waste of time response!! "We are very sorry you recieved this damaged" As a gesture of goodwill will you accept a 20% refund!!!! Please let us know and we can have this in your account in 4-5 days. We look forward to your reply. "Complete ****"
I have purchased 600+ steelbooks in 12 month. This is how they treat you.
Try ringing gadbrook house to get them to transfer you to them. Its all b.s+++!! Its all the same firm the hut at that place in different names.they will not help you and all you get is"message them online".
There must be a way of taking legal action against this type of selling and treating the consumer in a way that the goverment could and should take action against the hut in selling to the uk public and taxpayer with no intention of looking after the consumer and hoping the buyer will get fed up and not follow up with his /her damages or missing orders

So I order 3 items off the Zavvi website. It arrives with just 2 items. No invoice or packing list in the box and no way of contacting them. It won't let me back on the website as it says my email account doesn't exist (when you can't purchase online without one!), it's charged my bank account for 3 items (but I have no proof of purchase or email from them to confirm this), and to contact customer services I have to access my account which did I mention... doesn't exist to them!. One big circle of hell.
NEVER ordering from them again!!

Another unhappy customer here.

Took out a 12 month ZBox subscription and received the first one. However, the next one didn't arrive. I've now been trying to sort it out via their website 'contact us' and also Facebook messenger. The Facebook messenger seems to give you a bit better replies, whereas the email option just seems to give you very generic 'sorry you're having problems' replies (auto generated? Indian call centre?). But they're still currently incapable of sorting out my problem. I just keep getting the reply that they'll investigate and it might take up to 48 hours - this has been 'investigated' now for about 2 weeks!

I think the only answer is to go to the press or maybe BBC watchdog, and see if they have any more luck.

Rubbish101 - have you actually used the Facebook Private message? All that does is allow you to talk to someone who actually isn't able to sort out any problems themselves! Instead all they do is promise to speak to someone who can supposedly help, but you can NEVER actually talk to that person! It's all just a load of "sorry you're having a problem" and "I'll see what I can do" which, as far as I can see is just there to make the customer think that Zavvi care about customer service, whereas the truth is the total opposite!

I will never use ZAVVI again. They take your order, do not deliver, do not let you know, do not answer emails, and no phone number. I got a response from a PM on facebook, so try that method if you need to contact them.

I've received 2 ZBox's which i didn't order. Don't EVER buy a one off box from them, honestly its not worth it. Just try getting the bit you want from eBay!

I ordered one box last year for the exclusive Marty McFly figure, and made sure i selected one off/no subscription at the time. Since then i've received 2 more boxes and paid for them. I've tried their online form which resulted in one reply saying 'its a blind purchase so you can't return it' (its not a purchase, i didn't purchase it!) and a second saying 'if its unopened you can send it back' but with no details as to how or where to send it, and i've advised them that i hadn't opened it!

So eventually found their [email protected], tried that twice and had no reply.

Phoned my bank to say that this is an unauthorised access to my account but because i've received the goods, essentially its a safe purchase. I need to send it back but not get the refund for them to be able to do anything.

So trying the Facebook messenger in the offchance as suggested above. What else can i do??

Don't ever go for a Zbox. Absolutely shocking business practice. :(
