Any roofers/builders on here?

Our garage is flooding from under the door, I assume it’s because of our guttering above not being able to handle the heavy rain, can anyone advice on what I need to do? Could it be something simple like a block (if so which area do I need to check for blockage) or do I need to contact a roofer?
