From The Telegraph:

For your chance to win, and for full terms and conditions, click on the map above and use the zoom feature to navigate your way around the map and find the snail. Once you have found the snail, click on it, register your details and save your entry.

Once you have registered, you will automatically be entered into the prize draw to win £5,000 to be spent on Premium Bonds in the name of a child (or split between children) of your choice. If you are 17 or under you can win this prize for yourself (parental permission is required for anyone under the age of 16).

All entries must be received by November 5, 2007. The winner will be notified by email within seven days of the closing date and their name will be published on the site.

Good competition - entered thank you

I cant find it
Think we could probably find wally quicker. I have even zoomed to 150% but i must be overlooking it
It's just to the left of the bridge and up a bit (got than from MSE). I never actually saw it, just kept clicking around there!
It's just to the left of the right hand aquaduct (The one with a ship on). It looks like a walnut whip and is sitraight down from the eagle's tail!

A picture is worth 1,000 words:

Thanks for the picture - I would never have thought that was a snail !

me neither, just entered thanks:thumbsup:
Thanks for that, took me a bit of time but i got it.
Thanks all - that doesn't look much like a snail to me!

My daughter will have to wait a long time for the money too shes only 6months old - oh well more time for her to win £1,000,000 I guess

edit - I wonder what the odds are of winning this comp then the winning bonds going onto win a million pound prize?
