2. This Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK and Eire aged 18 or over, except for employees of Thomas Cook, Arcadia Group and Bhs Limited, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this Prize Draw.
3. This Prize Draw is open from Tuesday 24th April 2012 to Tuesday 15th May 2012 inclusive. Online entries only.
4. Each entrant must be a registered user on Facebook or register with Facebook in order to enter the Prize Draw.
5. To enter you must log on to the Dorothy Perkins Facebook page and complete the entry form at www.facebook.com/dorothyperkins. You must accept the Facebook permissions in order to provide us with your email address. Only one entry per person. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted. Dorothy Perkins accepts no responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry.
6. By entering this Prize Draw, you agree that your details including your email address/address may be used to keep you informed about Dorothy Perkins promotions, products and news. 7. The winner will be drawn at random (by an independent person) and announced on the Dorothy Perkins Facebook wall. The winner will also be notified by email no later than two weeks after the closing date. Dorothy Perkins decision will be final.

9. Prize is provided courtesy of Thomas Cook. Holiday bookings are subject to availability and the winner must liaise with Thomas Cook holiday agents to arrange all travel. Once the trip has been booked, it cannot be amended.
10. Selected travel dates and flight times apply and are at the discretion of Thomas Cook.
11. The winner and their chosen guest (who must be aged 18 years or over) will be responsible for transport to and from the airport in the UK and for obtaining passports and visas (if applicable). The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another holiday and the prize winner must travel. Expenses, additional extras and increases of holiday duration are not included. The hotel will require a valid credit card to cover incidentals (room service etc) which are not included in the Prize.
12. If the winner has not claimed the Prize within one week of the date of the notification email, the Prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected at random.
13. Prize is non transferable, non refundable and non negotiable. There is no cash alternative. Dorothy Perkins reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
14. By entering the Prize Draw the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Dorothy Perkins may require.
15. Winner’s details will be available for two weeks after the closing date by sending a SAE to Dorothy Perkins Thomas Cook Luxury Holiday for Dorothy Perkins Marketing at the address below.
16. Dorothy Perkins reserves the right to (i) cancel this Prize Draw, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual’s entry and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants). These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
