COMPETITION: Win A Fitbit!
Walking 10,000 steps a day seems like it would be a pretty impossible and painful feat, but in this day and age where kale takes priority over chicken nuggets (which are apparently bad for you?!?!) you’ve got to keep your health in check, so we decided to put some Fitbits to the test. You can too by entering your details below to win 1 of 2 Fitbit Alta’s up for grabs.
The first thing that we noticed about the fitness trackers was that they are actually really nice. Gone are the days that clunky rubberised straps and go faster stripes were the only things acceptable when being active. The fact you can switch up the straps depending on what you’re wearing is really appealing. Arnie never compromised on style when pumping iron, and nor should you.
Reminders To Move
Yup. It’s a thing. And it actually works. This feature helps you stay active throughout the day by literally giving you reminders to move. The challenge is to get in a minimum of 250 steps an hour. A little walk to the photocopier and back should do the trick.
Now this was a bit of a revelation. Ever done a workout and forgotten to hit record on your fitness apps? The map with your 7am run route undocumented? If you can’t share your progress on Facebook have you even worked out at all? The answer to counteract your forgetfulness is here and it’s glorious. No need to remember to press record because this lil’ beauty automatically records exercises for you. What a time to be alive.
It turns out 10,000 steps a day is pretty easy to do when you have a Fitbit. The prompts really help you get off you’re **** and the nifty record without pushing any buttons also make gloating easy AF.
Just because you’re trying to keep in shape doesn’t mean you have to be known as a sweaty, beetroot faced mess. Keep up your style credentials when you’re at the gym or running in the park by entering our competition to win one of two Fitbits, the smart device that monitors your heart rate, steps climbed and even sleep quality.
