The audience requirements differ for every show and location and audience participation is key during the live studio recording. To apply for a ticket you must be 18 years or over and a permanent resident of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

To apply for a pair of tickets go to www.amazon.co.uk/GTLapland and complete the online ticket application form. There are a very limited number of tickets available and completion and submission of an application does not guarantee that you will receive tickets.
Please note that the minimum age of a guest for this studio recording is 18 years. As the applicant, you are responsible for ensuring that your guest is notified of these terms and conditions in advance of the recording and agrees to be bound by them. You and your guest will be required to produce photographic proof of identity to prove compliance with age requirements (passport or driving licenses are permitted forms of ID, acceptance of any other forms of photo ID is up to the sole discretion of the Producer and the Venue).

Chump Productions Limited, Amazon.com, Inc., the production facility, Applause Store Productions Limited and their respective owners, partners, subsidiary and/or affiliated companies (collectively, the "Parties") are not responsible for any travelling or other expenses incurred by a ticket holder in conjunction with attending The Show except as otherwise set forth in these Terms & Conditions, or for any loss or damage to property or personal injury howsoever arising occurring to the ticket holder when at the Venue except as provided by statute. The Parties do not reimburse for lost wages or travel expenses due to production schedule changes. The Show is subject to change or cancellation at any time. None of the Parties shall have any responsibility or liability in the event of the cancellation or rescheduling of the Show.
By applying for a ticket, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials related to The Grand Tour. You can tick the relevant box on the ticket application form if you wish to opt out from the mailing list for promotional and other materials related to The Grand Tour. No other marketing preferences associated with your Amazon account will be affected.
In the event of any dispute, all submitted electronic applications will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the Amazon account from which they were submitted. Applications are limited to one entry per person and per Amazon account. Amazon will only accept applications that are completed and submitted in the format designated. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Duplicate applications are not permitted and will be disregarded. Proof of electronic submission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. All valid applications are deemed to be submitted on the day of receipt by Amazon.
If successful in your application, you will receive an eTicket which will be sent to the email address associated with your Amazon account. No hard copy tickets will be sent out by Amazon. The ticket is complimentary, not for sale, and is, under no circumstances, transferable and is issued to you (the “ticket holder”) by Applause Store Productions Limited, the venue (the “Venue”), the Production Company and Producers in connection with the Show. Sale of a ticket is prohibited.
Your eTicket includes travel to and accommodation near the location of the recording, namely:
• A round trip on a charter flight for the ticketholder and one guest departing from London Luton airport in the morning on 2nd November 2016 and arriving at Ivalo in Finland (the “Airport”); and
• 2 nights in 4 star standard hotel accommodation (the “Hotel”) outside Urho Kekkonen National Park, for the ticketholder and one guest (single room, double occupancy), with breakfast included; and
• Roundtrip ground transportation by coach for the ticketholder and a guest to/from the Airport and Hotel in Ivalo, and to/from Hotel and Venue; and
• EUR100 spending money for the ticketholder only (awarded in the form of cash once the ticketholder has boarded the plane) which may be used to purchase food and beverages while on the trip; and
• Dinner on the first evening; and
• Basic travel insurance for the ticketholder and their one guest for the duration of the trip
All ticketholders and their guests must travel on the same itinerary. The ticketholder and their guest must have, and are solely responsible for obtaining, all necessary identification and/or travel documents/visas required for travel and for providing all necessary information for your travels to the Production Company for the purposes of booking you onto the charter flight and into the hotel 48 hours in advance of the date of travel. If you do not fulfil these responsibilities or if you do not arrive at Luton airport at or before the designated check-in time set out in your itinerary you may not be allowed to travel and none of the Parties will have any liability to you under such circumstances. Terms & conditions of the flight operator, Hotel and coach company will apply also and details will be made available to successful applicants nearer the time.
Attending the studio recording:
If you do not arrive at or before the designated time of departure for the coach from the Hotel to the Venue set out in your itinerary, you will need to arrange your own transportation to the Venue and the Parties will not have any liability to reimburse you for such transportation. An eTicket does not guarantee entrance to the Venue. An eTicket must be presented on or before the scheduled arrival time indicated on the eTicket in order to be valid. Each person attempting to enter the Venue must have an eTicket.
Latecomers will be allowed entrance to the Venue at the Parties sole discretion. The eTicket is revocable at any time.
Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited during the time of the recording. You are strictly forbidden from taking photographs, video or any footage at the Venue (e.g. by using any mobile phone or any other recording equipment). Mobile phones must be switched off before entry into the Venue and any other recording equipment is not to be taken into the Venue. Food and drink are not allowed in the filming area of the Venue. The recording may last until late at night. You undertake to the Producer that you will not give to any person or organisation any interview or make, give or release any statement or comment for publication by any means or medium relating to the Show, the participants and contributors in the Show , the Producer, the Venue or the broadcaster of the Show.
Some special effects may use synthetic smoke. Strobe lighting may also be used during the recording of the Show.
If you have a disability and/or restricted mobility, you will need to call 0871 987 1234 to make prior arrangements for your health, safety and welfare, no later than 48 hours prior to the flight date date and you must be accompanied by a competent helper. Individuals with disabilities, who have contacted us prior to the show date, including disabled guests with service dogs, must arrive no later than an two hours prior to the 'arrive by time' stated on the eTicket for audience processing and check in with an Applause Store Audience Manager. We will endeavour to look after these guests the best we possibly can, but cannot guarantee seats within the studio.
The Venue and the Producer reserve to themselves in their absolute discretion the sole right to refuse admission to any person and to search individuals and/or their bags before permitting entry to the Venue. The Producer also reserves the right to cancel the recording of the Show without notice to the ticket holder and without being liable to the ticket holder in any respect and similarly reserves the right to alter times of commencement and completion of recording. The Venue will use reasonable endeavours to give advance notice of any such changes where practicable.
You agree to the filming and recording of you and your voice (if required by the Producer) and any interview you may give in connection with the Show (the “Contribution”) which may be used at the sole discretion of the Producer in whole or in part or not at all. You irrevocably grant and assign to the Producer any and all copyright and other rights and consents or waive the same so as to permit the fullest use and exploitation throughout the world of the Contribution or any part(s) thereof by all means and in all media (without limitation) whether now known or hereinafter developed in perpetuity in connection with the Show or otherwise.
You accept that the Producer has the right to edit, copy, adapt or translate the Contribution as deemed fit and you irrevocably waive the benefits of and agree not to assert any provision of law known as “moral rights” or any similar laws of any jurisdiction.
You agree that you will follow strictly any directions and Health & Safety information given to you by Applause Store Productions Ltd, the Venue or the Producer.
It is your responsibility to arrive on or before the designated time of departure for the coach from the Hotel to the Airport set out in your itinerary and to arrive on or before the designated check-in time at the Airport if you do not travel to the Airport on the coach. None of the Parties will have any liability to you if you do not arrive on time in such circumstances and you may need to arrange your own travel home to the UK.
