The promoter of the competition is The History Channel, Grant Way, Isleworth, Middlesex, TW7 5QD.
The competition is open to residents of the UK and excludes employees (and their families) of the promoter, British Sky Broadcasting Limited and their associated companies, and the closing date for entries is 10th April 2009.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be required.
Only 1 entry per person is permitted.

All correct entries will be entered into a draw and the winner(s) will be selected at random from all correct entries received by the closing date. The prize includes two nights accommodation for two people sharing in a twin room at The Hilton Kensington, from the 4th May until 6th May.
The winners will get three course meal at The Hilton Kensington restaurant on the 4th and breakfast on both mornings i.e. 5th and 6th May.
Return travel will be covered for the two prize winners but the times and means of transportation are subject to the agreement of the channel.
The dates and location are non transferable

A VIP tour of the Churchill Museum and Cabinet War Rooms is subject to agreeing tour time slot at least one week before and IWM reserves the right to withdraw this commitment if required.
The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence or discussion concerning the result will be entered into.
Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries not properly received, incomplete, incomprehensible or delayed due to technical problems. The prize is as stated and no cash alternative will be offered.
The winner(s) will be notified in writing within 28 days of the draw.
The winner(s) have 28 days after notification in which to inform The History Channel in writing (at the address above) that they accept the prize. Failure to accept within this time-limit will result in the prize being reoffered elsewhere.
The History Channel reserves the right to publish the name and home town or county of the winner(s) in any future publications. Further, such details will be available from the promoter after the draw by sending a SAE to The History Channel, Grant Way, Isleworth, Middlesex, TW7 5QD. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of the rules of entry.
