Terms and conditions on www.quidco.com/terms-and-conditions form a part of these terms and conditions.
The competition will run from Tuesday 4th May 2010 to Monday 31st May 2010 at www.quidco.com/5th-Birthday.
Closing date for entries is midnight (GMT) on Monday 31st May 2010.
Entry codes to the competition will be allocated only to registered Quidco users.
Registered users will receive one code for:
a. Making a purchase via Quidco in accordance with Quidco's standard t&c's
i. Should your purchase not track please raise an enquiry with Quidcare to receive your valid code
b. Referring a Quidco retailer to a friend via the Quidco referral system
c. Promoting Quidco via social media/ personal websites/ blogs
i. Promotion will be reviewed by Quidco and codes will be awarded at Quidcos discretion
ii. You must be a registered Quidco user
iii. Codes can be applied for by emailing [email protected]
iv. Promotion is classed as a visible link from your to www.quidco.com
v. Each registered Quidco user will receive one entry for:
1. Mentioning it within their own blog, or
2. Promoting via a members facebook page, or
3. Promotion via a members twitter feed
Each user that registers with Quidco in accordance to the standard terms and conditions will be awarded a code
The competition is open to individual residents of the UK aged 16 or over, except employees of Maple Syrup Media, their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or anyone connected with this competition, including any third-party promotional partners.
Prizes are allocated to codes prior to the start of the competition to ensure that prizes are allocated randomly
Winners must send their address for delivery of the prize within 28 days of notification.
Quidco reserves the right to redraw the prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available.
Quidco will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections that may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant's ability to participate in the competition.
Submission of an online code to the competition entry form will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Should your purchase not track please raise an enquiry with Quidcare to receive your valid code; please provide details of the merchant and the date of transaction.
Quidco reserves the right at any time to modify the competition (including altering prizes) if, at its sole discretion, a competition is not able to be conducted as specified.
Quidco reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
