1. If you correctly answer the question on the entry form prior to the closing date you will automatically be registered for the prize draw and subject to these Terms and Conditions. 2. The promoter of this competition is Period Living, Centaur Special Interest Media, 50 Poland Street, London W1F 7AX. 3. The promotion is open to anyone resident in mainland UK aged 18 years or over provided they are not employees, (including their associates or family members) of any of the Centaur Media group of companies or Moores Furniture Group. 4. The closing date for all entries is 5pm on 31 December 2009. The prize draw will take place on 7 January 2010 and the winner will be notified by 14 January 2010. 5. The prize is worth £3,000 at RRP including VAT and consists of Antique taps, £86.48, Nevada sink, £244, and Hartford Ivory kitchen units to a total value of £3,000, which will be delivered to the winner by Four Seasons. Design, installation and appliances are not included. The winner must claim the prize giving details of his/her mailing address and telephone number within 30 days of receiving notice in accordance with 4 above. Failure to claim a prize within this time or in the manner specified may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner. The prize must be claimed by 31 December 2010. 6. There is no cash alternative to the prize. 7. The judges decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with regard to it. 8. Period Living reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in its sole discretion, the competition is not capable of being conducted as specified. 9. Period Living cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize or for loss of or damage to the prize due to circumstances beyond its control. 10. The competition and the terms and conditions of this agreement will be governed by English law.
