Case of champagne
All you have to do is guess the margin of votes by which the largest party wins over the second-placed party in the 2010 General Election.
General Election competition 2010, Chelgate Public AffairsIn 2005, the Labour Party won by 783,585 votes (Labour collected 9,556,183 votes against the Conservatives 8,772,598). In our competition that year, the case of champagne was won by an entry that guessed 800,000. To add to the excitement this year, we are putting up a case of champagne for the closest guess made in March, another case for the closest guess made in April, and then a double case for the overall winner.
We will also be running a weekly update giving the current average prediction of the winning margin.
