This month weve joined forces with Les-Stables Triathlon Training holidays to offer one reader the chance to win a holiday for four at this triathlon training holiday venue in the Dordogne, France.

If you win, you may well find yourself the most popular member of your tri club, as your teammates fight it out for a place at one of the most amazing new venues to be developed in Europe. A place with the specific purpose of meeting the needs of triathletes who want somewhere special to train.

The prize includes one week in one of the fully furnished, two-bedroom apartments (normal cost, £220 per person); full use of the sporting facilities, which includes the newly built 25-metre pool, as well as 500 metres of private river frontage for open-water swimming; and on-site coaching, including swim video analysis, guided bike rides, guided runs and one track session per week, focussing on technique and pace judgement.

Les-Stables is probably the only sports facility in France that can offer an 800-metre oval cinder track, which traverses its way through 50 private acres of wild meadow and woodland. And the bridleways around the local villages offer mile after mile of unspoilt running with breathtaking scenery.

And finally, for bike training, you can spend hours travelling through picturesque villages with a choice of terrain from some serious climbs to flat, fast circuits.
