By entering the competition entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and be bound by them. Competitions are only open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, aged 18 and over. Competition closes 25th January 2009. Prize winner will be contacted within 28 days of the closing date of the competition. Prize-winner has two (2) weeks to claim prize. If prize is not claimed within set time period another winner may be randomly selected and contacted. It is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure that they have all the necessary documents for travel, including Passports, Visas and ensure that the necessary health advice is taken prior to travel. Winner must confirm passport and visa requirements for travel to destination. Outbound and return travel must take place before April 30th 2009, booking subject to availability with STA Travel. Travel dates may be subject to embargos and will be subject to availiability. Prize includes two (2) return economy flights to Delhi, India from UK airport. UK departure airport subject to availability at time of booking with preferred air carrier. Prize includes nine (9) nights accommodation in Delhi for two (2) people. Accommodation will be 4 star dependent upon availability at time of booking. Prize includes travel insurance for two people and £200.00 GBP spending money. Transfers, food, drink and all other expenses not stated are the responsibility of the prize winner and accompanying traveller. For all prizes, no substitutions or cash alternatives in whole or in part are allowed and the prizes are not transferable. Prize is as stated, they are non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value.
