Assassin's Creed 2 brings the story of Altair, Desmond and the Assassins into Renaissance Italy - a place of great upheaval and fantastic possibilities. Players will follow a new character, Ezio, as Desmond delves into his ancestor's past and learns more about the vast Templar conspiracy uncovered in Assassin's Creed.
Ezio has a few more tricks up his sleeve than Altair did - literally, as he now has two of the Assassin's iconic wristblades, as well as arm-mounted guns designed by Leonardo da Vinci himself. Having the ear of a famous inventor has other benefits - Ezio even has a flying machine to help him get the drop on his victims! All this technology doesn't mean Ezio shies away from the basics though, as the parkour system from the first game has been improved and polished, and a deeper combat system allows Ezio to snatch weapons from his foes and turn the fight back on them.
To celebrate the release of Assassin's Creed 2, we're offering one lucky winner a trip of a lifetime to one of the majestic locations in the game - Venice. You'll get to explore the beautiful and ancient city, travel the famous waterways, stay at a four-star hotel for three nights, as well as receiving £500 spending money!
