EXCLUSIVE signed props from The Boat That Rocked
Love Actually writer/director Richard Curtis delivers The Boat That Rocked - a delightful ensemble romantic comedy set aboard a floating pirate radio station. It's 1966 and school dropout Carl needs some direction. Sent to stay with his godfather, he discovers the world of Radio Rock; an illegal station in the middle of the North Sea populated by a bizarre cast of DJs including 'The Count' (Philip Seymour Hoffman), cruelly funny co-broadcaster Dave (Nick Frost), and possibly the most annoying newsreader/person of all-time, Angus 'The Nut' Nutford(Rhys Darby). Chaos soon descends as Carl learns about his past, drugs-guru Gavin (Rhys Ifans) returns to challenge 'The Count', and ultra-conservative government minister Dormandy (Kenneth Branagh) pursues the rebel band with zealous vigour. Also starring Bill Nighy, Emma Thompson, and Gemma Arterton, The Boat That Rocked, will have you capsizing with laughter, reaching for the tissues and clapping with glee.
