By applying for an appointment for hair extensions using the prizewinner voucher, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and be bound by them.
You must send us this original prizewinner voucher before an appointment can be scheduled and confirmed. Photocopies will not be accepted. Willow Hair accepts no liability for originals lost in the post.
Hair extension appointments are subject to availability.
The appointment will be booked with selected stylists only.
Appointments made with the prizewinner voucher will exclude Saturdays, Sunda's and late nights.
The prizewinner voucher permits the prizewinner to a full head of Great Lengths hair extensions consisting of up to 175 pieces of 40cm hair.
There will be no form of credit or cash offered to credit the difference if a lower quantity of hair is necessary.
The amount of hair used will be according to the discretion of the stylist completing the service.
A full consultation must be completed at Willow Hair at least one week before the scheduled hair extensions appointment.
No alterations, exchanges or refunds will be permitted after the appointment has been made.
Cancellation of the scheduled appointment without 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation charge in accordance to the time allocated in the salon. This is based on a £60-per-hour fee.
The prizewinner voucher is not transferable or exchangeable, nor can any form of cash or credit alternative be offered.
The prizewinner voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
