A seven-night trip for two to the mountains of Mayrhofen, Austria.
Each of the two prizes includes:
- Return flights from the UK to Innsbruck or Salzburg plus resort transfers.
- Seven nights half-board accommodation at the four star Hotel Berghof.
- Free use of sauna, steam room, spa bath, heated outdoor pool and fitness room.

Competition closes at 11.59pm on 31st January 2010.
Rules:
Prize holiday must be claimed within one month of the winner being notified.

The Prize is two holidays for two people (aged 18 years or over) and includes return flights from a UK airport, resort transfers and seven-nights accommodation at the four-star Hotel Berghof on a half-board basis including buffet breakfasts and four-course evening meals.

The Neilson summer Lakes & Mountains season runs May 2010-Oct 2010 and each prize holiday must be taken by the end of Oct 2010 or deemed invalid.

Each prize holiday is subject to availability and cannot be taken during July and August.

The prize excludes travel to the airport in the UK. This is the responsibility of the prize winner.

Travel insurance is not included in the prize but is a requirement of booking the holiday and must be obtained by the winner prior to travel.

No cash alternative is available and this prize cannot be exchanged or transferred.

Once the holiday is booked and confirmed, any amends to the booking will be at the winners cost.

The full terms and conditions of this competition and all booking conditions detailed in the Neilson holiday brochure bind any persons travelling with Neilson Active Holidays Ltd. Brochure is available on request.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize, of equal or greater value, at the promoters discretion.

You can enter if you are a UK resident (including the Channel Islands), aged 18 plus. Employees of the BBC, Neilson Lakes & Mountains and the Tirol Tourist Board, their families or any agencies or person connected with the promotion may not enter.

When you enter the promotion, you agree to be bound by these rules and agree that if you win, we will publish your surname and county.

You must provide your full name, address and daytime phone number. We will use your personal details to administer this promotion, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without your permission. You can read more about the BBC Privacy Policy at bbc.co.uk/privacy.

Only one entry permitted per person. Entries made in bulk or by third parties are prohibited.

The winner will be the first entry drawn at random after the closing time.

There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable. Our decision as to the winner is final.

Winners will be notified within 14 days of the closing date. A list of winners can be obtained by sending an SAE to Lonely Planet Magazine, 2/D1, Media Centre, 201 Wood Lane, London W12 7TQ, within six weeks of the closing date.

If we cant contact the winner within 14 days of the closing date, we will offer the prize to a runner up, or re-offer the prize in another promotion.
