£6,500 of designer furniture
Back in 1860, French craftsman Antoine Roset began designing chair frames in Montagnieu. From these small beginnings an international design company was forged – one which distinguished itself by consistently working with the most creative and celebrated designers of the day, from Michel Ducaroy and Pierre Paulin to Peter Maly.
To celebrate this landmark in the company’s glittering history, Ligne Roset has made 150 limited editions of its most iconic pieces, including Paulin’s Pumpkin chair and Maly’s Lines sideboard. Livingetc has three of these highly collectable items to win – two Pumpkin chairs, worth £1,500 each, and one Lines sideboard, worth £3,568.
Paulin’s Pumpkin chair, inspired by the furniture he designed for French president Georges Pompidou in 1971, is re-created in two unique palettes of red or blue wool felt. Ligne Roset’s special update of Maly’s striking Lines sideboard mixes three shades of satin lacquer on a matt black frame.
