Rules: 1. The prize draw is open to all residents of the UK and Republic of Ireland aged 18 and over, with the exception of the Promoter’s employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase is necessary. Entry to the draw is free.
3. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries made by the same person from various email or other accounts will not be accepted.
4. Entrants must have internet access to be eligible for the prize draw, and entries must be via the entry form.
5. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
6. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
7. Entries must be submitted by 09/08/12.
8. Entries must be received on or before 9th August. The prize draw will take place on 10th August 2012. The promoter reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw.
One completed entry drawn at random will receive one full size ExtraOrdinary hair oil 100ml.
9. The winners will be notified in writing within 28 days of the draw date.
10. The prize is as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.
11. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The winner of the main prize agrees to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
13. If a prize is declined or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
14. Details of the winner will be available by sending a S.A.E. to L’Oréal Paris Elvive ‘ExtraOrdinary Oils’ Promotion, PO Box 7260, Hook, RG27 8ZS within 6 weeks of the draw date.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draws at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.

17. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted the terms and conditions.
