Rules: Terms and conditions
1.The prize draw is open to any resident of the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man only, aged 18 years and over at the time of entry. Employees of National Rail Enquiries, ATOC or Train Operating Companies are not eligible nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).
2.No purchase is necessary to enter this free prize draw.
3.To qualify for the prize draw, you must sign up to www.nationalrail.co.uk (brought to you by National Rail Enquiries, trading as Train Information Services Ltd, 3rd Floor, 40 Bernard Street, London, WC1N 1BY) by the 6th May 2012.
4.The prize draw will take place on 9th May 2012 under independent supervision. The first winner drawn at random will receive: (Prize 1) – the latest generation iPad. The next ten names drawn at random will win (Prize 2) – an Amazon Kindle (each). The next 75 names drawn at random will win (Prize 3) - a £15 iTunes Voucher (each).
5.Entry is limited to one entry per person and is exclusive to the person named. No bulk entries via third parties will be accepted.
6.There is no cash prize or other alternatives available, in whole, or in part, except owing to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
7.Details submitted must be accurate and correct to the best of the participant’s knowledge. False or invalid email addresses will constitute disqualification. Incomplete or illegible entries shall be disqualified.
8.Entrants are deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions by entering the prize draw. Participation in this prize draw assumes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
9.The winner will be notified in writing via email within two weeks of the prize draw date. In the event the claim for a prize is not received by the Promoter within 28 days of such notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.
10.The prize draw official’s decision is final and binding regarding the winner and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the prizes.

12.The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed damaged or mislaid.
13.The Promoter reserves the right to check the validity of any participant before any prize is awarded.
14.The prize winners may be required to participate in publicity for the promoter, at its discretion, with no further recompense.
15.Where relevant participants are advised to seek permission from their employer before entry into this promotion. Any tax liability as a result of entry is the participants own.
