Rules: 1.By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
2.Office reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw or the Rules without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Office's reasonable control. Any changes will be posted within these terms and conditions.
3.Employees of Office, any person professionally connected with this promotion and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
4.Only one entry per person is allowed. If Office discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe the winner has used any software or automated process to make bulk entries, Office may select an alternative winner. Any further winner will be selected on the same criteria as the original winner and will be subject to these Rules.
5.All entries must include gender and email address.
6.Entry can be made either online via entry form at http://www.office.co.uk/perl/go.pl/competitions/officeyear12.html or by texting 87474 with Office, your email address and gender.
7.The prize draw starts on the 16/07/12. Closing date for receipt of online entries is the 31/08/12.
8.There is no purchase requirement to enter the prize draw.
9.Charges to be aware of unless we say otherwise, contacting OFFICE by text costs your standard network rate. If you are not the bill payer please ensure you have permission before texting us.
10.When you contact us by text you are supplying your telephone number and other valuable personal information. We value your privacy and therefore suggest you add the word STOP to your message if you would prefer not to hear from us. If you do not add the word STOP to opt-out you are giving consent to receive SMS messages. Even if you do give consent by not including the word STOP, you can opt-out at any point by just sending STOP to 87474 in a separate message. You will be charged only standard network charge for this.

12.The winner of the Prize will be selected at random by independent judges. The judges' decision is final. No correspondence shall be entered into.
13.There will only be one winner. The winner will be notified by 28 days after the prize draw finishes by email. If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 days of this 28 day period then a new winner will be selected.
14.The prize is non-transferable and can be issued to the winner of the prize draw only. Prize cannot be sold and will be considered void in these circumstances. There is no cash alternative. Office reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at any time.
15.The prize is £250 Office gift vouchers to spend on full price items only.
16.The prize winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity and Office reserves the right to use the names and addresses of winners, their photographs and audio and/or visual recordings of them in any publicity.
17.The laws of England and Wales govern this agreement. The prize draw is promoted by Office.
18.No correspondence can be entered into on any matters arising from any prize draw.
19.Our SMS service is provided by Mobile Interactive Group, The Tower Building, SE1 7NX. For quality and training purposes they may monitor communications.
