May sound stupid buuuut do you need to include your name and address in the text too? Or literally just RUGBY (as that's why you need to be contactable)?

You don't technically even need to include the word rugby; "SMS text – send an SMS text with or without the keyword RUGBY to 65433.. Please note that SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged (where applicable)."
