Rules: The Competition is organised by J P Boden & Co Limited ("Boden") whose registered address is Boden House, 114-120 Victoria Road, London NW10 6NY. By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Competition is open to residents of the UK and Channel Islands aged 18 or over. Employees and agents of Boden and Grazia and their associated companies (including the families of such employees and agents) are not eligible to enter the Competition, nor is anyone connected with the Competition. The eligibility of any entrant is at Boden's sole discretion.
Subject to clause 4 below, entries to the Competition must be made by emailing grazia@boden.co.uk until Friday, 30th November 2012. Only one entry per order is permitted.
Boden does not assume any responsibility, and cannot accept any liability, for any lost or incomplete email entries resulting from (without limitation) incorrectly entered email address or any technical fault or failed electronic data transmission. Any and all such entries will be deemed invalid.
All entries, whether made must be received by Boden by 11.59pm on 30th November 2012 ("the Closing Date").
The prize-winner will be drawn at random Boden’s marketing director, from all qualifying entries. Boden's decision is final and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. 3 x £500 Boden account credit will be awarded at Boden's discretion and no prize shall be awarded as a result of improper or inappropriate actions by or on behalf of any entrant. Boden reserves the right to request written proof of age or identity of any entrant before they may claim a prize.
The £500 Boden account credit prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
The prize-winner will be notified by email within three weeks of the Closing Date.
The name and county of the prize-winner will be made available via the Website for a minimum period of three months following the Closing Date.
Prize-winners agree to take part in any publicity required by Boden in connection with the Competition and agrees that their names and the counties in which they live may be displayed by Boden on the Website as described in Clause 14 above.
By entering the Competition, entrants agree that Boden may use their personal data for administrative purposes connected to the Competition in accordance with clauses 14 and 15 above, and that Boden may contact entrants (including by email) for such purposes.
By entering this competition you are consenting for Boden to use your details for future marketing purposes. If you do not want to receive marketing literature by post or by email, please state this at the point of entering.
These Terms shall be governed by English law and, in the event of any dispute, Boden and each entrant hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
