Rules: All entrants must be aged 18 or over and residents of the UK or Ireland. The competition is not open to employees of House of Fraser, Peter Werth, family members of such employees or anyone professionally associated with the competition. Entries are made by commenting and answering a question on the Peter Werth post on House of Fraser’s blog page by 5pm on Monday 30th July (the ‘Closing Date’).
Any entries received by House of Fraser after the Closing Date will not be accepted. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Entrants may not enter more than once by using multiple/different email addresses, multiple entry forms, identities or other methods. Any entrant who does so, or uses any device or system to circumvent this condition may be disqualified and their entries disqualified. No correspondence will be entered into.
Entrants undertake that their entry is not in breach of any third party intellectual property rights and will not contain anything which is defamatory, indecent, harassing or threatening and that they will indemnify House of Fraser for any loss, damage or liability arising should this turn out not to be true. If relevant, House of Fraser reserves the right, but not the obligation (and without limiting entrants’ warranty and indemnity as set out above) to screen, filter and/or monitor information provided by the entrant and to edit, refuse to distribute or remove the same.
Any late, damaged, corrupted or incomplete entries will be automatically disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for damaged or corrupted entries. Proof of sending or submission is not proof of receipt.
There is one prize available to win. The prize is a Summer Suitcase of Peter Werth products.

House of Fraser will select the favourite comment on Tuesday 31st July 2012 from all eligible entries. The judge’s decision is final. The winner will be required to provide the dress and shoe size for the prize.
House of Fraser reserves the right to change the prize. All elements of the prize are non-transferable and there are no cash or other alternatives in exchange for the prize. However, in the event of the prize or part thereof being unavailable for any reason, House of Fraser reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize or part thereof for the same or higher value.
The winner will be notified by email no later than 30 days after the winning entries have been selected. If a winner does not respond to House of Fraser within 14 days of first being contacted they shall forfeit their right to receive the prize and House of Fraser shall select a different winner.
The winner may be required to participate in publicity at no cost to House of Fraser and entry to this competition confirms consent to publicise their name and country of residence.
Under no circumstances shall the House of Fraser be liable for direct, indirect or incidental damages resulting from the competition.
Details of the winners can be obtained by sending an S.A.E. to Peter Werth Competition, Multi-Channel Department, House of Fraser, 27 Baker Street, London W1U 8AH within 3 months of the Closing Date.
House of Fraser reserves the right to amend, extend or terminate the competition and the Closing Date if it deems it appropriate and reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Entry in the competition implies acceptance of these rules. No correspondence will be entered into.
