Win a bottle of Gosset champagne
Win one of two bottles of gorgeous Gosset Grand Rose champagne.

One of the region’s most legendary and revered champagnes, Gosset is the oldest wine house in Champagne, established in Aÿ, in 1584. Though less well known than other Grande Marques, in terms of quality the Gosset range is outstanding.

Gosset insists on only using the juice from the first pressing of its grapes and part of the disgorgement and riddling are still done manually. Gosset sets itself apart from the majority of other houses by disallowing any malolactic fermentation to take place. This preserves the aromas and the acidity, and in turn keeps the wine fresh for longer.

The Gosset style is very creamy, dry but not acidic, full, biscuity and yeasty. All cuvées have good bottle age. This champagne is excellent by itself or with food, particularly fish and game. It also matches perfectly with desserts, especially with fresh fruit and berries. Available in most of the UK’s top restaurants and hotels and through some of the world’s best retailers, Champagne Gosset is the preferred champagne for many of the cognoscenti.

Gosset Grand Rosé is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and red wine from Ambonnay. Delicate yet full-bodied, it is recognised as one of the best rosé champagnes. A beautiful salmon pink colour, on the nose it evokes summer fruits, berries and sweet spices. And on the palate, rich, smooth and responsive, with hints of cherries, blackcurrants and gingerbread
