Cottage for a week
You can win a week in Nurses Cottage, part of the privately-owned Tissington Hall estate, thanks to Sir Richard FitzHerbert Bt, owner of the Estate, and the Historic Houses Association which represents hundreds of privately-owned historic houses that you can visit.
Tissington Hall is tucked away in the rolling hills of beautiful Derbyshire which presides over a quintessentially English village, complete with duck pond and village green.
The prize is for one person plus a guest to stay at Nurses Cottage; a charming, stone built little cottage situated down one of the narrow village streets. It benefits from a sunny south-facing paved terrace to the front and side.
The living room has a gas burning stove, two-seater sofa and TV/DVD player. The modern kitchen has a microwave, full cooker, fridge and washing machine and the bathroom has a bath with shower attachment. On the first floor is a pretty galleried double bedroom.
To enter the competition, fill out your details in the form to the right. Prize draw entries must be received by 23 August 2010.
