Rules: 1. This prize promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over who submit their details on http://realfood.tesco.com/discover-bbq-competition, except employees and their immediate families of Tesco Head Office, Cedar Communications, Reactive, their agencies or anyone professionally connected to the prize draw.
2. No third party entries. Proof of entering is not proof of receipt.
3. The closing date for the receipt of all entries is 23.59 GMT on 19/08/2012
4. To qualify for entry into the Real Food August/September Prize Draw entrants must leave their details on http://realfood.tesco.com/discover-bbq-competition
5. Entrants will only be entered once into the prize draw regardless of the number of entries left during the entry period.
6. The prize draw will run for three weeks with the draw opening at 00.00 GMT on 30/07/2012 and the draw closing at 23.59 GMT on 19/08/2012. All qualifying entries will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
7. The winner of the prize draw will be the first entry drawn at random by an independent person from all qualifying entries. There is one prize and that prize is a barbecue up to the value of £250.
8. Prize must be accepted as offered, and the prize cannot be exchanged in part or in full. There is no cash or alternative to the prize stated, and the prize is not transferable.
9. The promoter's decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
10. The winner may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this promotion.
11. No responsibility can be accepted for entries incomplete, corrupted, delayed, damaged, wrongly delivered, or not received for whatever reason.
12. The winner will be notified by email or telephone within 28 days of the closing date. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted within a further 28 days, or cannot take the prize for whatsoever reason the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve redrawn by an independent person. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value.
13. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
14. This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute with a UK resident arising out of or in connection with this promotion.
