Specsavers has teamed up with Cameron House to offer readers the chance to win a fantastic five-night getaway for up to four people in one of their luxurious two-bedroom lodges within The Carrick Estate.
The prize includes five nights’ self-catering accommodation, a three-course meal at the Boathouse Restaurant on one night, breakfast for four at the Claret Jug on one morning, a cruise on Loch Lomond, and a round of golf or spa treatments.

The promoter of the prize draw is Specsavers Optical Group Limited (‘Specsavers’), La Villiaze, St Andrews, Guernsey, GY6 8YP. The provider of the prize is Cameron House, Loch Lomond, West Dunbartonshire, G83 8QZ, United Kingdom. The prize draw is open to all United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Cameron House, Specialist Publications Ltd, Specsavers and their respective families. Entries must be made electronically on the above website form only. A maximum of one entry per person is permitted. No purchase is necessary. The closing date for entry into the competition is midnight on 31 March 2017 (‘Closing Date’). Entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be included in the draw. The draw will be made on 17 April 2017. A winner will be selected at random from all entries received by the Closing Date, using a random-number generator. The winner will be contacted after 3 April 2017 via e-mail or telephone and will be given 14 days to respond. If the response deadline is missed, the prize may be forfeited and another winner selected. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No cash or other prize alternatives will be offered. The prize is non-transferable. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for similar alternatives of equal or greater value. The winner’s name can be obtained upon request in writing from: Cameron House prize, Specsavers Magazine, PO Box 767, Bristol, BS8 1SB, from 1 May 2017. The prize is subject to availability, and must be taken between 17 April 2017 and 21 December 2017 inclusive or the prize will be withdrawn. Accommodation is subject to availability and not available during July or August. Check-in days for the five nights in the Mansion House are Fridays and Sundays. Once the booking has been confirmed, any alteration to the booking will incur administrative charges, payable by the holiday prize-winner. The prize includes five nights’ self-catering accommodation for up to four adults in a two bedroom Cameron Club Mansion House Apartment (located within The Carrick Estate). Dinner at the Boathouse Restaurant includes a three-course meal for up to four people on one night. Drinks are not included. Breakfast for four in the Claret Jug Restaurant is on one morning. A round of golf for four people or a round of golf for two plus two spa treatments (one hour each) together with a 60 minute boat trip for four on the Celtic Warrior is included. Dinner at the Boathouse Restaurant, breakfast at the Claret Jug, the Celtic Warrior cruise and the golf and/or spa treatments must be pre-booked through the Cameron Lodges Rental Office and are subject to availability. Return flights from Dublin to the UK are included for residents of the ROI. Return flights to the UK from the Channel Islands and Isle of Man are not included and must be covered by the winner if they are resident in the Channel Islands or Isle of Man. Specsavers shall have no liability to the winner or any third party for any inability of the winner to claim the prize, or inability to take the full benefit of it, as a result of any of the terms and conditions of this prize or for any other reason. UK travel is not included in the prize and is the responsibility of the winner. Specsavers shall not be liable to entrants for: (i) any losses, damages or costs incurred or suffered as a result of the entrants entering the prize-draw promotion; (ii) acceptance or use of any element of the prize won in connection with the promotion; (iii) failure by Specsavers to act in accordance with any promotion laws, rules and regulations; (iv) and/or failure by the promoter to deliver any element of the prize. This prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by and subject to English Law and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
