Rules: Terms and Conditions
1. The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) relate to the “HTC Rhyme” competition which will run from Mon 12th December to Sun 18th December 2011 (“Competition”) organised by HTC Corporation whose headquarters are located at No.23, Xinghua Rd., Taoyuan City, Taoyuan County 330,Taiwan (R.O.C.) (“HTC”). Entry into the Competition is free.
2. The Competition is open to residents in the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees of HTC and their families. Any entrant who fails to comply with the entry instructions set out in these Terms will be automatically disqualified from the Competition.
3. No purchase is necessary. To enter, the entrant must email their name, address, email and phone number to game@htc.rnve.com in order to be eligible to win a HTC Rhyme device(“Prize(s)”). By entering the Competition in this manner all entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.
4. The winner shall be selected on the basis of a random prize-draw from the pool of entries at the end of the Competition and notified directly via the email address supplied as part of entry. The decision of HTC shall be final in respect of the Competition winner(s).
6. HTC reserves the right to publicise Prize winners’ names across all marketing materials.
7. The Prize will be posted to the winner within 30 days of winner notification and upon receipt of a valid postal address. There is no cash alternative for any of the Prizes.
8. HTC shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment whatsoever suffered by any entrant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting any Prize. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude HTC’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
9. HTC reserves the right to vary these Terms or cancel the Prize at any stage without notice in the event of any circumstance arising outside of the reasonable control of HTC.
10. The Competition and these Terms shall be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

it's not listed on their website. the competition was mentioned in a htc email newsletter received today.
