The winner and their guest will be provided with accommodation and breakfast in Downtown Nashville. The luxury accommodation will be right in the middle of the action, close to the sights, sounds and ambience of the home of country music.
Rules: Terms: • Included: Flights, transfers, accommodation with breakfast, lunch at Miss Mary BoBo’s. • Not included within the prize: Spending money, insurance, visas, meals outside those stated. • All entries must be received by midday Monday July 16. Open to UK residents aged 21 years or over, excluding employees of Baxters, Brown-Forman Beverages Europe, Ltd., their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion. • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries which are delayed, corrupted or otherwise rendered invalid owing to technical errors or malfunctions. • The draw will take place on Monday July 16 at the Promoters premises. The winners will be notified of the result of the draw by Tuesday July 17. The winners will need to provide photographic ID proving that they are all aged 21 years or over and this must be submitted within 3 days of notification of the win. The winner and guest must hold a valid passport (with more than 6 months before expiry) and comply with all immigration requirements for entry into the US. Winner and guest are also responsible for arranging any necessary visas prior to travel. • The prize winners' details will be available for 6 weeks by sending an SAE marked “JD Barbecue Sauces/website winners” to the Promoter at the address below after the closing date • The promoter will book and pay for each prize as agent for the prize-winners and their guests, who agree to be bound by any terms imposed by third parties including, without limitation, any relevant tour operator. • All additional expenses including without limitation, spending money, travel insurance, travel to and from the airport, additional accommodation required outside of the dates stated etc are the responsibility of the prize-winners.
