The winner and their guest will be provided with accommodation and breakfast in Downtown Nashville. The luxury accommodation will be right in the middle of the action, close to the sights, sounds and ambience of the home of country music.
Rules: Terms: • Included: Flights, transfers, accommodation with breakfast, lunch at Miss Mary BoBo’s. • Not included within the prize: Spending money, insurance, visas, meals outside those stated. • All entries must be received by midday Monday July 16. Open to UK residents aged 21 years or over, excluding employees of Baxters, Brown-Forman Beverages Europe, Ltd., their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion. • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries which are delayed, corrupted or otherwise rendered invalid owing to technical errors or malfunctions. • The draw will take place on Monday July 16 at the Promoters premises. The winners will be notified of the result of the draw by Tuesday July 17. The winners will need to provide photographic ID proving that they are all aged 21 years or over and this must be submitted within 3 days of notification of the win. The winner and guest must hold a valid passport (with more than 6 months before expiry) and comply with all immigration requirements for entry into the US. Winner and guest are also responsible for arranging any necessary visas prior to travel. • The prize winners' details will be available for 6 weeks by sending an SAE marked “JD Barbecue Sauces/website winners” to the Promoter at the address below after the closing date • The promoter will book and pay for each prize as agent for the prize-winners and their guests, who agree to be bound by any terms imposed by third parties including, without limitation, any relevant tour operator. • All additional expenses including without limitation, spending money, travel insurance, travel to and from the airport, additional accommodation required outside of the dates stated etc are the responsibility of the prize-winners. Winners must arrange their own travel insurance. • The prize winners may be required to participate in future publicity.• Any amendments to or cancellation of the prize made by a prize winner after the arrangements are confirmed may be subject to administration charges, which will be the responsibility of the prize winner. • The Promoter reserves the right to select alternative winners, should an original winner fail to validate his/her identity and age to the Promoter's satisfaction and within the time period set out above. • The prizes are as stated, are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. • The Promoter reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the original prize become unavailable for any reason. • The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control. • This promotion and these terms are governed by Scottish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts. • The decision of the Promoter in all matters connected to this draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.• Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion. • The terms and conditions of the Promoter's agents and third party contractors involved in the provision of the prize apply. • The Promoter shall bear no liability in relation to these services provided by these third parties. • By entering the draw, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller (as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998) for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
