The remaining £4203 will be provided to the Winner in the form of decorating materials and labour. Should the full £4203.00 not be used on decorating materials and labour, the balance will be spent on soft furnishings and baby essentials for the nursery provided by Asda.

Comfort Baby & Persil Free Prize Draw WIN a Nursery Makeover worth £5,000!
1. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. To enter simply complete the official entry form found in participating Asda stores on the 21st August, in the September 2012 edition of the Asda Magazine, or on the official competition barker and send it to 'WIN a Nursery Makeover Worth £5,000!' FREEPOST RRLT-EEAS- XBSJ, PO BOX 7557, Derby, DE1 0NP. Alternatively, enter online at www.ASDA.com/bettertogether by filling in and submitting the official online entry form between the 17th August 2012 and midnight GMT on 18h September 2012.
3. Closing date for receipt of all entries is 18th September at midnight GMT. All valid entries received before the closing date will be entered into the promotion.
4. Promotion limited to one entry per person. All valid entries received before the closing date will be entered into the promotion.
5. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will be rejected. No photocopies of the paper entries will be accepted.
6. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of posting or sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries will become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.

These items are to be purchased by the delivery team in consultation with the Winner. The delivery team retain the final decision on any purchases made. In order to claim the prize the Winner must agree to allow the nursery makeover to take place in their home and have a suitable room. In the instance that the Winner does not have a room suitable or does not wish to claim the makeover the prize will be forfeited and a new Winner will be drawn in accordance with the promotion rules. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Runner up prizes: 20 runners up will also receive 1 year's supply of Persil Non-Bio (12 x 630ml bottles) and Comfort Pure (12 x 750ml bottles) Runner up prizes will be awarded in the form of vouchers.
8. The Winner will be expected to complete a model release form giving their consent for imagery of themselves and the makeover to be used for publicity purposes. If a Winner declines to complete a model release form they are not eligible to claim their prize.
9. All prizes may be subject to any additional terms and conditions detailed by the supplier of the prize to the promoter.
10. The promoter reserves the right to change the prize or elements of it with no notice to the Winner if circumstances outside its control make it unavoidable.
11. In the event of any dispute the decision of the judge is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. The first entry drawn at random by an independent judge from all entries received by the closing date will win the main prize. The next 20 entries drawn at random will each receive a runners up prize.
13. The Winner[s] will be notified by phone within [14] days of the closing date. The Winner[s] must claim their prize within [10] working days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute Winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.

16. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
17. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
