By entering this competition, all entrants agree to be bound by the following:
This competition is open to all residents of the UK aged 18 and over. This competition is not open to employees or contractors of the EMI group of companies, any person directly or indirectly involved with the EMI group or the running of this competition, or their direct family members. Proof of identity and eligibility may be required by EMI.
This competition opens at midnight on 8th July 2012 and closes at midnight on 9th August 2012. Entries received by EMI outside these times will not be counted.
No purchase is necessary to enter this competition. To enter this competition, entrants must complete the form.
Only one entry will be accepted per person and this will be the first entry received. No other method of entry will be accepted.
The prize will consist of one (1) Personalised Gold Disc. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred or exchanged. There will be no cash alternative. Once the prize has been allocated and despatched it cannot be transferred. EMI reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value at any time.
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received, save if the prize is unclaimed after twenty eight (28) days following notification to the email address provided, in which case (i) the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited and (ii) EMI reserves the right to either select another winner or to re-offer the prize in any future competition.
EMI's decision is final and binding in every situation including any not covered in these terms and conditions and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be contacted via the email address that they have provided within fourteen (14) days after the closing date. Only the winner will be contacted personally.
Entrants agree to take part in any post-competition publicity if required. The names of winner may be made public.
EMI reserves the right to:
amend these terms and conditions and/or vary the rules of this competition (including but not limited to, opening and closing times);
disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions or has acted fraudulently in any way; and/or cancel this competition at any stage, if in its sole opinion it is deemed necessary.
EMI (including companies within the EMI group, their sub-contracts, agents and/or affiliates) does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries and shall not be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, network or mobile operator, service provider, systems and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction or problem. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
