Here's your chance to win a thrilling ride in a P1 Panther race boat on 25th July and then enjoy the P1 Welsh Grand Prix of the Sea the next day
P1 powerboats and jet skis will be racing in Cardiff Bay on 26 & 27 July in the third round of the SuperStock and AquaX UK Championships and you could be there with a companion on practice day (Friday 25 July) to meet the racers and enjoy a thrilling ride in the visitwales.com powerboat. The following day you will enjoy fast and furious action on the water with hospitality as the guests of P1.
Your feast of sport and entertainment will begin with the ride of your life in a P1 Panther. This state-of-the art race boat - which is 28ft long and reaches speeds of up to 70mph - is the star of the P1 SuperStock Championship in both the UK and USA. You will sit alongside visitwales.com driver David Toozs-Hobson for some high-speed action in the Bay and you will receive a P1 goody bag and photographs of your ride.
The visitwales.com boat will be racing on Saturday and Sunday and you will enjoy hospitality on the opening day of the Grand Prix of the Sea (Saturday 26 July) as you watch the fleet of P1 boats and jet skis in action as well as RIB and freestyle jet ski displays.
There will be lots going on away from the water as well, with live music, performances by the Cardiff Arms Park Male Choir and children's games. You can see the race boats, jet skis and displays at Mermaid Quay and Barrage Walk will be a great place to watch all the racing, which gets underway at 11.00am on Saturday and 11.30am on Sunday.
