To celebrate the release of the hilarious new comedy TAMMY, starring Melissa McCarthy and Susan Sarandon, Radio Times are offering one lucky winner and up to 24 of their friends a private Seen On Screen party workshop with one of their expert dance instructors.

After losing her job and learning that her husband has been unfaithful, Tammy (Melissa McCarthy) hits the road with her debauched and fun-loving grandmother (Susan Sarandon) on the trip of a lifetime.

For your chance to win this prize, including a 2 hour dance workshop with a professional dance instructor from Seen on Screen Fitness, a champagne reception, pink champagne truffles, and a filmed & edited music video featuring you and up to 24 friends, submit a picture of your Grandma to Twitter or Instagram, captioned 'I'm nominating my #InstaGRAN for #TAMMYMOVIE.'

Entries will be based on originality and humour, so get your Grandma (or a suitable stand-in) ready for a photo-shoot!

Rules:
To enter competition, you must submit your entry using the #InstaGran tag and the post "I'm nominating my #InstaGRAN for #TAMMYMOVIE" on Twitter or Instagram by 9am 31 July 2014.
One entry per person. Multiple entries or entries that are delivered late, incomplete, damaged or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted. You must be 16 years of age or over to enter.
Seen on Screen (SOS) emphasise that the dance events you may book are by their nature inherently dangerous and by booking your event with SOS, you agree to take responsibility and assume inherent risks involved. SOS or Radio Times are not responsible for injury or loss suffered by you.
SOS are happy to reschedule your event provided they are given minimum 96 hours’ notice before event date. If you fail to cancel your booking without 96 hours’ notice, your booking and event will be cancelled.
Winner will be selected by 1 August (noon) and notified by 2nd August (noon) by private message. Prize must be redeemed within six months of being notified of winning (2nd February 2015). Winner must claim prize within 7 days of being notified.
Prize supplier’s (ThinkJam) decision on the winning entrant is final and binding on the entrants. Winner will be selected on the basis of originality. No correspondence will be entered into. Prize winners may be required to sign a Prize Acceptance form before the prize is awarded. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, a parent or guardian may be required to sign a Prize Acceptance form before the prize is awarded. No alcohol will be provided to any participant under the age of 18. If any group members are below the age of 18 they must be accompanied by an adult.
ThinkJam may at its discretion, vary or amend prizes to as to provide reasonable alternative prizes if any events occur that render the awarding of the prize impossible. Prize winner agrees that no liability shall attach to Warner or parties connected to Warner as a result.

The promotion is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands, aged 16 years or older, except the Promoter’s employees or contractors and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members.
By entering the promotion, the participants agree: to be bound by these terms and conditions; that their surname and county of residence may be released if they win a prize; and that should they win the promotion, their name and likeness may be used by the Promoter for pre-arranged promotional purposes.
Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered.

Only one entry will be permitted per person, regardless of method of entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.
There is no cash alternative and the prizes will not be transferable. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.
The name and county of residence of the winner will be available online at Radio Times Winners Page within two months of the closing date of the promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or fraudulent entries.
If a winner is unable to be contacted within 28 days of the promotion’s closing date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in any future promotion.
The Promoter excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion or occurring to the winner(s) arising from his or her acceptance of a prize.
