The Goodyear Giveaway Prize Draw is organised by Goodyear Dunlop Tyres UK Limited (Company No 223064) whose registered office is at Tyrefort, 88-98 Wingfoot Way, Birmingham, B24 9HY (the “Promoter”).
This Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, but is not open to employees of the Promoter and their families or anyone else professionally associated with this Prize Draw.
Participants can enter this Prize Draw during the period from 03/08/2012 up to 30/09/2012 (the “Prize Draw Period”). The time of the entry will be the time of receipt of the entry as recorded by the Promoter. Entries received outside the Prize Draw Period will not be accepted. Photocopies, illegible or incomplete forms will not be accepted.

The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
During the Prize Draw Period there will be 1 prize draw conducted on the 3rd October 2012.
All Participants have an equal chance of winning the following prizes: a set of Goodyear Efficient Grip tyres, a Goodyear goody bag.
1 winning entry will be drawn at random from all entries received during the Prize Draw Period, winners are selected by a computer process that produces verifiably random results.
Unsuccessful entries will not be rolled over into any remaining subsequent draws.

If your size is not available the Promoter will offer an alternative tyre set. The winner is responsible for any additional expenses, including all incidentals, which are not listed as part of the prize package detailed above.

The winners will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact details provided in the entry form within 7 days from the draw taking place.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant drawn as a winner and to select an alternative winner at random, in circumstances where the Participant cannot be contacted or has not acknowledged the Promoter’s notification that the Participant is a draw winner within 7 days from such notification or where the Participant fails to comply with any provisions of these Terms.
The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. All prizes are subject to availability, non transferable, non refundable and there are no cash alternatives.
The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel the Draw and/or the prize where circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control arise (including any acts or omissions from any third parties) which would prevent the Promoter from being able to deliver the Prize.
