RULES

1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to Netflix Weekly Competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 23rd January 2012 to Friday 30th March 2012 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital Network.

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go to www.capitalfm.com and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Monday and close at 23:59 on Friday each week of the competition (last weekly competition ending on Friday 30th March 2012).

4. Entrants will be selected at random from all the online entries within the specified time period.

5. The winner will be drawn at random and contact by telephone or email.

6. This competition is open to residents of the UK. All competition entrants must be aged 18 and over. Entry for each round is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

7. Credit or debit card details are required to claim the Netflix prize. See further note below.

13. Week commencing 27th February 2012 : Samsung 46 Inch Full HD 1080p LED Internet TV plus 12 months Netflix subscription.

14. Week commencing 5th March 2012: Sony Bravia 32” LCD Smart TV & PlayStation 3 Slim Console with 320GB Hard Drive plus 12 months Netflix subscription.

15. Week commencing 12th March 2012: Apple iPad2 Wi-Fi 16GB in Black plus 12 months Netflix subscription.

16. Week commencing 19th March 2012: Sony Bravia 32” LCD Smart TV & Wii Console with Mario Kart – White plus 12 months Netflix subscription

17. Week commencing 26th March 2012: Google Samsung Galaxy Nexus plus 12 months Netflix subscription.
