To Enter: Visit http://www.roddas.co.uk/competitions/, fill in your details and click the “Enter now” button to be entered into the prize draw.
Promotion Period: Enter between 00.01 on 8th December 2014 and 23.59 on 5th January 2014.
No purchase is required; however internet access is required.
Prize: One winner will win 1 x tea for two Cornishware set, which includes 2 x 10oz mugs, 1 x small Betty teapot and 1 x 10oz Dreadnought jug.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random draw conducted to be conducted within 5 working days after the Promotion Period by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service from all valid entries received.
Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via email within 5 working days of the draw and will have 14 days from the date of initial notification to accept the prize. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited and awarded to another entrant selected in the same manner.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable unless otherwise stated and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. In the event for any reason a prize winner does not take any element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize, unless otherwise agreed. By entering, entrants agree that if they win, they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter or its agencies.

Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, network failure or delay.

To the full extent permitted by law the Promoter will not accept liability for any loss, damage, injury or death arising from this promotion beyond its reasonable control. The promoter does not accept any liability for the acts of any third party prize provider.
All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
