£36 million renovation has seen a once industrious warehouse transformed into a luxury destination in Liverpool. Titanic Hotel and Rum Warehouse Liverpool is situated on the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Stanley Dock, once the heart of the thriving Port of Liverpool. The luxury four-star hotel boasts views over the Mersey estuary and Tobacco Warehouse, one of the largest brick buildings in the world.
Whether it’s an overnight stay, a conference, corporate event or a chilled VOYA treatment in the spa, Titanic Hotel Liverpool is a unique, unrivalled experience in one of Europe’s most vibrant cities. Steeped in heritage and style, the iconic Titanic Hotel Liverpool is impressive in every way, and comprises of 153 luxurious bedrooms, the acclaimed Stanley’s Bar and Grill, Rum Bar and a spa — complete with original exposed brick arches. The rooms – which are double the size of a standard four star bedroom – boast a bath, drench shower and superior deluxe double bed to ensure guests feel supremely comfortable.
Delegates, hotel guests and city dwellers also frequent the hotel’s in-house restaurant Stanley’s Bar & Grill, which offers a relaxed atmosphere to compliment dishes carefully prepared in the theatre style kitchen by the dedicated team of chefs. The restaurant is run by Bradley Lean, the recently appointed Executive Head Chef, who has previous experience at The Dorchester, the Lygon Arms and the Four Seasons in Toronto. For those warm summer evenings, alfresco dining is also favoured on the dockside colonnades where guests can also choose to sip on expertly designed cocktails from the Rum Bar, which boasts more than 60 different varieties of rum.
For a place to escape and completely relax, situated in the vaulted basement of the hotel, lies the Maya Blue Spa, an independent destination in its own right. Amid the red brick arches and beautiful cool stone floors lay the warm waters of the Roman-bath style hydrotherapy pool, a sauna and steam room. The centre offers a range of VOYA facial and body treatments, alongside massages and beauty services.
The Rum Warehouse adjoins the Titanic Hotel as a conference and events space. A cavernous 800 sqm blank canvas space used by the likes of Bentley and Panasonic, the space can be accessed via a dedicated entrance and has a Titanic themed staircase for a spectacular arrival.
Located just five minutes from the city centre, with free parking, the Titanic Hotel Liverpool and Rum Warehouse is the ideal destination for visitors to unwind and embrace Liverpool’s rich heritage.
