Fancy a trip for two to Australia, courtesy of Freedom Australia? Of course you do. Especially when it’s flying Premium Economy with Qantas. Add tickets to the Ashes and accommodation in Brisbane and Adelaide, as well as side trips to Noosa and the Barossa Valley, and you’re in for an unforgettable 18 days.

To celebrate the Ashes, Qantas is giving one lucky winner a pair of Premium Economy return flights to Australia, plus an internal flight from Brisbane to Adelaide. What’s more, Freedom Australia will be supplying accommodation, Test tickets and even a day trip to the Barossa Valley! The full itinerary is as follows:

20 Nov Depart from the UK with Qantas

22 Nov Arrive in Brisbane. Early check-in to hotel. This first day in Brisbane will be your own to enjoy

23-27 Nov Five-day Ashes ticket with Brisbane accommodation

28 Nov Drive to the resort town of Noosa, famed for its beautiful beaches and tropical rainforests. Car hire will be provided, along with two nights’ accommodation

1 The Guardian prize draw (the “Prize Draw”), supported by Freedom Australia is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.
2 The Prize Draw is not open to employees or agencies of Guardian News & Media Limited (“GNM”), Freedom Australia, Qantas or Tourism Australia, their group companies or family members or anyone else connected to the Prize Draw.
3 Entry into the Prize Draw is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4 To enter the Prize Draw you must enter your details as above. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please email [email protected] with “Tourism Australia prize draw” in the subject line.
5 Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. You are responsible for the cost (if any) of sending your Prize Draw entry to us.
6 No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
7 The Prize Draw closes at 23:59 on 30 April 2017. Entries received after that date and time will not be considered.
8 The winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries.
9 The prize is for return flights for two people from London Heathrow to Brisbane, Australia and Adelaide, Australia to London Heathrow; internal flights from Brisbane to Adelaide; six nights’ accommodation at the Four Points by Sheraton (Brisbane) plus five-day Ashes ticket; three days’ car hire, two nights’ accommodation at Mantra French Quarter (Noosa); Barossa Valley day tour; seven nights’ accommodation at Crowne Plaza (Adelaide) plus five-day Ashes ticket. Additional transfers, meals, extra activities or additional expenses will not be covered unless otherwise specified by Freedom Australia upon contacting the winner. The Guardian takes no responsibility for all elements of the prize past the selection of the winner.
10 Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser.
11 No monetary value is available in exchange for the holiday.
12 Non-UK passport holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. Includes all taxes and surcharges. Prize winners are responsible for their own transport to and from the UK airports and for transfers surrounding any internal flights. GNM accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
13 Hotels are classed as a four-star based on two adults sharing a double room with ensuite bathroom on a room only basis.
14 The winner will be notified by phone or email after 1 May 2017 and given details of how to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to GNM within 28 days of being notified by GNM, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and GNM shall be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to the phone call or email from G N M within 28 days or else they will also forfeit their prize).
15 All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within three months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
16 Details of the winner/winners can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Guardian Creative, Guardian News & Media Limited, Kings Place, 90 York Way, London N1 9GU.
17 The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Freedom Australia retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
18 The winner may be required for promotional activity.
19 Freedom Australia has the right to use the winner’s details for marketing purposes.
20 No purchase necessary.
21 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of GNM for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
22 The Promoter shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen at, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry, and for the purposes outlined in paragraph 17 above.
23 GNM and Freedom Australia accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. GNM and Freedom Australia further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw.
24 GNM and Freedom Australia reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud ). The decision of GNM in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
25 GNM and Freedom Australia shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, cancellation of sporting events, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
26 The Prize Draw will be governed by English law.
