13. There will be no alternative, cash or otherwise, to the stated prize. 14. Winners will be notified by email by Thursday 30 August 2012.
15. Prizes will be despatched to the winners as soon as possible after 30 August 2012, subject to the winners providing proof of their eligibility under these Terms and Conditions when requested.
16. Prizes will be despatched in perfect condition and neither the Promoter nor its agencies hold any responsibility for the condition of prizes upon arrival at their destination.
17. Should the need arise, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute one or more aspect of the prize, in particular if the stated make and model is not available, for another prize of equal or greater value.
