Rules: A-Z Rewards Competition Ts & Cs The entrant is required to ‘Like’ the A-Z Maps (www.facebook.com/AZmaps) Facebook page and share their contact details in order to receive an exclusive 20% OFF voucher code for all online A-Z Maps products. The entrant will also be entered into the sweepstake competition to win an iPad 2 and a £20 iTunes voucher that will be sent with the iPad to allow the Competition Winner to download a selection of A-Z mapping apps and eBooks. Once a person has referred 5 Facebook friends using the third party Referral Facebook application, they will be eligible to receive an A-Z Olympic Park Map (RRP £2.50) which will be sent to the postal address provided by the entrant. The Competition Winner will be contacted directly via email and announced on the 10th September 2012. The acceptance, disqualification or deletion of competition entries, without explanation or prior notification is entirely at the discretion of Geographers' A-Z Map Company Limited. Prize is as follows iPad prize is a Black iPad2, 16GB with Wifi. Also included is a £20 iTunes voucher that will be sent with the iPad to allow the Competition Winner to download a selection of A-Z mapping apps and eBooks, A-Z apps available can be viewed here. 1. No purchase necessary. 2. The competition is open to all citizens of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of Geographers’ A-Z Map Company Limited and their families or households are not eligible to enter. 3. Details of how to enter form part of the Terms and Conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 4. All prizes/rewards are non-transferable. There is no cash or prize alternative. 5. All out of pocket expenses other than those specified are the responsibility of the Competition Winner. 6. The prizes are as described on www.facebook.com/AZmaps from Friday 20th July 2012 7. Entries must be submitted via www.facebook.com/AZmaps and entry is restricted to one per person. The acceptance, disqualification or deletion of competition entries, without explanation or prior notification is entirely at the discretion of Geographers’ A-Z Map Company Limited. But as a guide late, illegible, incomplete, defaced, inappropriate or corrupt entries will not be accepted. Incomplete entries cannot be accepted for a prize. 8. Any material that breaches copyright is offensive, defamatory or breaches any UK laws will be immediately removed and disqualified from the competition. Disqualification of entrants is at the discretion of Geographers’ A-Z Map Company Limited and final. 9. All entries must be received by 11.59pm Sunday 9th September 2012. 10. The Competition Winner will be contacted and their iPad and iTunes gift voucher sent out within 10 working days of the close of the competition. 11. Geographers’ A-Z Map Company Limited will select 1 Competition Winner at random to receive the main prize as described. 12. If the selected Competition Winner does not claim their prize within 21 working days of being advised of winning via email, Geographers’ A-Z Map Company Limited reserves the right to redraw the competition and select an alternative Competition Winner. 13. The Competition Winner may be required to participate in publicity. 14. All entrants will be eligible for a 20% discount on all online A-Z products purchased from www.az.co.uk only. Excludes any mounted maps or mounted options, non A-Z Publications, digital mapping, Satmap Active 10 GPS range and AZ+ Cabbies Mate Satnav. All entrants will be automatically entered into a sweepstake to win a black iPad 2, 16GB with Wifi. Entrants will be encouraged to share the contest with their Facebook friends and will receive a complimentary A-Z Olympic Park Map through the post when 5 referrals from the entrant have been tracked. A-Z Olympic Park Maps are limited in quantity and Geographers’ A-Z Map Company Limited reserves the right not to post out if stocks are limited. 15. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Geographers’ A-Z Map Company Limited and accordingly Geographers’ A-Z Map Company Limited may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Geographers’ A-Z Map Company Limited as a result thereof. 16. By entering the competition it will be assumed that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. 17. Geographers’ A-Z Map Company Limited reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control. 18. Geographers’ A-Z Map Company Limited accepts no responsibility and disclaims any liability for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the Prize. 19. The Competition will be governed by English law. 20. Geographers’ A-Z Map Company Limited, save to the extent that disclosure might be required by law, keep confidential all information about the entrants and shall not disclose or share any information which they learn about the entrant.
