The Gold Standard Service will be carried out by an approved Bosch Car Service Centre. 'Life of your car' means for the duration the Winner owns the car she/he nominates at the point of entry. The Winner must be registered at the DVLA as the proprietor of the nominated vehicle. The Prize terminates when the Winner ceases to own the nominated vehicle . The Promoter reserves the right to verify ownership of the nominated vehicle, from time to time; to this end, the Winner must furnish the Promoter with all such information the Promoter reasonably requires.
Rules: 1. The specific rules set out in this Competition Notice shall be incorporated into the Competition Rules ("Rules") which shall apply to this Competition. A copy of the Rules can be obtained by following the link http://www.boschcarservice.co.uk/summer or by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Competition Rules, Robert Bosch Limited, P.O. Box 98, Uxbridge UB9 5HN stating the name of this Competition. By entering this Competition, entrants agree to be bound by this Competition Notice and the Rules. In the event of discrepancy between this Competition Notice and the Rules, this Competition Notice shall prevail. 2. The Competition will commence on 4 June 2012. The closing date for receipt of entries is 12 noon 30 July 2012 (GMT) 3. The Competition is open to all residents of Great Britain over the age of 18. Employees of Bosch Group or any company involved in the Competition or, if relevant, production of a website or print media to which this Competition relates, or any advertising agency or web company connected with Bosch Group or any such person’s subsidiary or associated companies, agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to enter the Competition. 4. To enter the Competition, enter details at: boschcarservice.co.uk/summer. No purchase is necessary. 5. The Promoter (as defined in paragraph 13) assumes that by using the website and/or entering the Competition (and you warrant that) you are aged 18 or over. The Promoter assumes that if you are entering the Competition as an employee of an organisation, that you have obtained the permission of your employer to do so. 6. The prize is 1 (one) annual Gold Standard Service throughout the life of your car, limited to parts and labour included in the Gold Standard Service checklist. The Prize excludes costs for repair or replacement outside of the scope of the Gold Standard Service. Such additional costs remain the responsibility of the Winner - however, any costs would be quoted by the Bosch Car Service Centre in advance, in line with the OFT standards that it adheres to, and the Winner retains the right to refuse the additional work.
The Winner must present the nominated vehicle personally, for each Gold Standard Service. Proof of identity will be required. 7. Only one entry per person is allowed. 8. The Prize is personal to the Winner and non–transferable; there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. 9. Prize Winner will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries on 1 August 2012. In all matters, the decision of the judge(s) and the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. 10. Prize Winner will be notified in writing within 21 days of their selection (the "Notification Letter"). The Notification Letter will be sent to the address stated in the Entry. The Prize Winner must then contact the Promoter within 14 days of the date of the Notification Letter to claim the prize. 11. Prize Winner's name can be obtained by writing to: Free Service for Life Promotion, Robert Bosch Limited, Broadwater Park, Denham, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB9 5HJ , including a self-addressed stamped envelope. 12. Neither the Promoter nor the Bosch Group, if the Bosch Group is not stated as the Promoter in this Competition Notice, claim any rights of ownership in your Entry. 13. The Promoter is Robert Bosch Limited, PO Box 98, Uxbridge UB9 5HJ. 14. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for the return of any Entries, including those consisting of artistic or other material. 15. Competition Winner may be requested to take part in promotional activity and the Promoter reserves the right to use the names and addresses of Winner, their photographs and audio and/or visual recordings of them in any publicity. 16. Any tax liability arising from participation or acceptance of the Prize is the responsibility of the Competition Winner.
