This competition is not open to employees of BAA Airports Limited, Air France or any person directly or indirectly connected with this competition or family members of any of these persons.
Entry is open to all UK residents over 18.
There are two sets of prizes to be won: one for Nantes, one for Lyon. The prize for Nantes consists of a pair of return Economy tickets with Air France (flights operated by Regional) from Southampton to Nantes, a two night stay for two people in a double room with breakfast (accommodation to be allocated on redemption of prize), a seven days car hire courtesy of Avis and 2 Pass Nantes 72 hours. The prize for Lyon consists of a pair of return Economy tickets with Air France (flights operated by Regional) to Lyon, a two night stay (week end) in Mercure Chateau Perrache including breakfast, a seven days car hire courtesy of Avis and 2 Lyon City Cards (2 days validity). The two sets of prize must be used between June 30 and September 1st, 2012. The prizes must be used by the winner and companion travelling together. An adult must accompany any child or infant. Flight bookings are subject to availability. Prizes are subject to availability. Flight reservations must be made at least 28 days before departure. Travel period: June 30 to September 1st, 2012. No extension of the date or change of destination will be allowed from those specified. The costs of transfers, travel insurance, parking, meals, spending money and all and any other incidental travel expenses are not included in the prize.
The prize is non refundable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. Income tax (if any) paid on the value of this prize, or any other applicable surcharges, shall be the responsibility of the winner, parent or legal guardian. Winning tickets are excluded from the Flying Blue programme. Winners who are members of this programme, including those who accompany them, may not accrue Miles for the prize flights. The Avis prize is non transferable nor may it be exchanged for cash or used as part of a longer rental. Any additional extras outside of the above terms and conditions will be the responsibility of the renter, e.g. fuel, additional driver, young driver surcharge. Minimum age is 21 years. If you are under 25 years old a young driver surcharge will apply. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Only one entry per household can be accepted.
The closing date for the competition is on 9 July 2012. Each winner will be drawn at random from all Participants. The winners will be informed by e-mail by 10 July 2012. Winners should notify their chosen friend before travel dates are agreed with the Organisers. Changes to the chosen companion are not permitted once the travel dates have been confirmed. The judges cannot accept responsibility for late or lost entries. Proof of sending email is not proof of receipt of entry. Entry cannot be accepted if all details are not provided.
The prize winner will be drawn at random from those entrants whose entries have reached BAA Airports Limited by the closing date.
The winner will be notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date. If the prize is unclaimed by the initial winner drawn within 90 days, there will be no further prize draws, as BAA's decision regarding selection of winners is final and there will be no further correspondence.
Any breach of these terms and conditions by an entrant will void their entry. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.
BAA Airports Limited reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in BAA Airports LimitedÂ’s sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
The promoter is BAA Airports Limited of The Compass Centre, 1st Floor, Nelson Road, Hounslow, Middlesex, TW6 2GW.
Please note that any personal data provided by an entrant will remain confidential to BAA Airports Limited and its group companies ("BAA") and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant's prior consent, except that BAA Airports Limited reserves the right to use the information for the purposes of facilitating the competition including but not limited to publishing the name of the winner on its website, as well as providing the prize winners' details to third parties for the purposes of administering the competition including but not limited to the actual providers of the prize such as the tour operator, airline and/or hotel company. All personal data provided by an entrant will be used by BAA solely for the purposes of administering the competition and will be securely destroyed within 120 days of the closing date of the competition, unless you have elected to receive further promotional or marketing information.
