You picked only the first sentence to quote it follows on like this" Entries must be received by 29 March 2011, 23:59 hours for the draw on 30 March 2011 pursuant to Art. 4 (1). Entries for the draw on 30 April 2011 must be received by 29 April 2011, 23:59 hours, with entries received already prior to 30 March 2011 also being taken into account in the second draw.
So it looks like there are two draws

Thanks for posting this! I love DUS and I love Eurovision (yeah, I know).
It's very hard to get rooms as it was festival over that weekend anyway and then they put Eurovision on as well :(

Ken Bruce's comments on Radio 2 are usually a hoot. Every year I wonder why I keep watching or listening to this.. Still wish I had a passport to go though. The TV semi-finals still have the power to make me shake my head and leave me open-jawed when I thought I'd seen and heard it all!

Hot as it's better than a poke in the eye. Except my eye has healed in the past. :)
