Being the UK’s original regional foodie mag – we started way back when in 2003 – it was only right that we teamed up with the South West’s original celebrity chef, Rick Stein, to celebrate food magazine’s brand-new bigger and better look
If you haven’t seen food mag’s fabulous new look yet (seriously, where have you been?), we’re not ashamed to say we’ve had a bit of work done. But don’t sweat, all your fave foodie recipes, interviews and reviews are still in one handy place, we’ve just added extra space for even more foodie inspiration, upped our number of stockists so you can pick up the mag in even more places across the South West and included more delicious destinations from Cornwall to the Cotswolds to make your hit list even longer.
To celebrate, we’ve teamed up with the South West’s biggest chef to give one lucky reader the ultimate Rick Stein experience in Padstow. The fortunate foodie will not only get the chance to experience Rick’s piscatorial empire with a three course dinner at his flagship eatery, The Seafood Restaurant, but will spend the evening in one of its luxury bedrooms overlooking Padstow harbour, with a cookery course at Rick Stein’s Cookery School to look forward to the next day.
