To enter this competition, all you need to do is simply visit skymovieshobbit.com then answer the question correctly, enter the required details and check the box to confirm you accept the Competition T&C’s before clicking ‘Enter now’. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
3.) This promotion opens on 8 December 2014 and all entries must be received by 12.00 GMT on 29 December 2014.
4.) Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion.
5.) One entry per household. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will be disqualified. Late, incomplete or otherwise ineligible entries will be disqualified.
6.) One winner will be selected at random by an independent person, from all correct and eligible entries received on or around 29 December 2014. The winners will be notified by phone and / or email by 7 January 2015 and will have 2 days (48 hours) from initial contact in order to claim their prize. If direct contact with the winner cannot be made within this 48 hour period or they are not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

The Prize will be subject to the Prize Conditions (as defined below).

Sky’s full TV package terms and conditions: Each winner will be required to enter into three (3) subscription contracts (one Sky digital, one Sky+ and one Sky+HD subscription contract). After expiry of the winner’s 12 months' free viewing, unless the winner cancels or changes their package, giving 31 days or more notice, standard subscription charges will apply (see www.sky.com for details). Sky+ subscription is included in the winner’s Sky TV subscription and is required to use the Personal Video Recorder features of the Sky+HD box. The winner will need Sky+HD professionally installed even if the winner already has a minidish. Costs may apply for non-standard set-up. The winner must keep their Sky+HD box connected to a fixed and operational telephone line. If the winner needs a minidish the winner will be responsible for obtaining all consents required (e.g. landlord's) before installation Multiroom is not included in the Prize. Existing Sky digital customers will receive a free subscription to Sky’s full TV package, an upgrade to a Sky+ HD box and a free subscription to the HD Pack for 12 months.
Sky will contact the winner to arrange installation of the winner’s Prize. Winners who are in a current pay-TV contract with another provider may defer their Prize for a maximum of 12 months from the date of winning. If a winner does not redeem his/her Prize within 12 months from the date of winning, this could result in loss of the Prize. If the winner has a previous uncleared debt with Sky the winner will not be able to take up the Prize until this debt has been fully cleared.
There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Sky reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the Prize if a winner or a party authorised by the winner to act on their behalf, threatens or abuses a Staff employee or otherwise conducts themselves in a manner that Sky reasonably regards as inappropriate, offensive or unlawful.
Delivery of 40” HD TV can take up to 28 working days from the day that the winner is notified.

9.) There is no cash alternative to the prize or any element of the prize package which is refundable or transferable
10.) The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
11.) Following direct contact being made with the winner and the winner’s acceptance of the above detailed prize, all elements of the prize package will be delivered to the winner within 28 working days of this date.
12.) The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry terms and conditions will be disqualified.
13.) The terms and conditions of any other third party supplier will also apply to the prize where applicable. If there is a conflict between third party terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, these shall take precedence.
