We have decided to buy this for my dad for xmas between me my hubby my brother and his wife, but we need a really good price as my hubby was made redundant a month ago and my brother and his wife have just had a baby, so none of us have a huge amount of spare cash but we are hoping to find it reason more...

I don't play games of any sort so graphics card etc really isn't a factor of any sort

I'm looking for a notebook under £200. Don't want to spend too much as it will just be for uni work (typing and printing) and possibly some internet usage.

Only have max £300 to spend, not a lot I know. But can anybody recommend or suggest a decent one for that price? I know sod all about them really. Will just be for general use, but needs to be fairly quick.
