This new addendum to the rules, what does it mean in real money?

After voting on a deal I keep getting a total white screen with

across the top of the page, I then have to reconnect... anyone else having problems?

ive been having problems with this, you click on the personal rep button for people and the pop up comes up but i have to try numerous times to get my cursor in the box before it dissapears?

i have noticed a few times recently that in the control panel or in the forum there are new replies on threads but when you actually go into them they havnt been updated?
